Beginning

It started with one problem we found in a classroom. “Why don't teachers have great class tools?” In October 2021, Team Monolith was founded.

2022

First Classroom

The first version of Codle entered real classrooms. We fixed the product weekly with teacher feedback, and learned what technology actually works on the ground.

2023

Validation

Crossing 100 schools confirmed product–market fit. We earned AI digital textbook certification, and district-level adoption began.

2024

Growth

Codle settled in as a standard tool in public education. Two consecutive years of profit, with annual revenue growth of 400%.

2025

Global

Codle was recognized in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and the UK. Serving 11 countries, we're shaping a global standard for education tech. We started building an AI hackathon platform.

2026

Talent Modeling

Built on the process data accumulated over a classroom OS, we research talent-modeling tech that reads people through process — not scores. Admissions, hiring, growth — we're exploring where this technology fits.

Today we start at the front lines of class and learning. But the structure of the records and feedback we leave should extend beyond the school — into the university, beyond the workplace, into the organization. As the unit of learning shifts — from a class to a project to a job — the process by which a person grows can be observed, understood, and supported consistently.

Accumulated process makes a person's next opportunity.

When learning data accumulates continuously and personalized feedback and evaluation are built on it, a person's capabilities surface more accurately and expand more quickly. That accumulation can already, beyond the classroom, become the basis for a university's measure of academic and social capability, an enterprise's gauge of job growth and performance, and a trustworthy criterion for hiring and talent evaluation.
